Checking In

The Aboriginal Patients’ Lodge is a secure building and its doors are locked to ensure the security of all who are under our roof.

When you book with us, we will ARRANGE A CHECK-IN WINDOW OF TIME, share contact information, and learn when we can expect your arrival so our staff is scheduled to greet you and help you get settled into your suite.   Lodge staff will be on duty to greet you within a 1 hour window of your expected arrival time.   If your travel plans change (traffic or flight delay) or you are going to be late, please contact us immediately by text message.  We cannot do checkins past 9pm.

Sign with a Buzz Code

When you arrive at our Lodge located at 1254 East 8th Avenue, you will find a SIGN posted on the front door to welcome you with the buzz code for you to enter.

Staff will greet you and help you get settled into your suite.

At check-in there is a $10 deposit for each set of keys to your suite.   Your deposit is refunded when you return your keys to the Lodge Office.   There is a $5 deposit if you would like to use a laundry card during your stay.  This is refunded when your laundry card is returned to the Office.   If you are planning on checking out over the weekend, communicate this to the Lodge Office staff so your deposit can be returned to you before you leave.
